Please forgive duplications.  I'm trying to reach everyone involved in transition and sustainability-related activities. Please forward this message or post to your Facebook and Twitter accounts and let everyone know about Simply Living's FUNdraiser Saturday, March 23rd from 12 noon to 12 midnight.

It's going to be a fantastic party with proceeds that will benefit Simply Living's work as an official Transition Hub in the Transition US network, and our partnership in the SOLE Coalition (Support Our Local Economy) and our Think Columbus First campaign to "live local" and promote the benefits of grassroots movements to create a vibrant local economy in every central Ohio community and neighborhood.

What better way to celebrate this great work than a "ROCK THE EQUINOX" spring fling party! Come for 11 local music performances, a tasty pancake brunch prepared by local chef Portia Yiamouyiannis (Portia's Cafe opens April 1st), a delicious supper prepared by local chefs Alex Smith and Edward Bain, local brews from Columbus Brewing Co. and Great Lakes, and lemonade served up by super volunteer Richard Lamprey.

All this plus two Silent Auctions - afternoon and evening - with donations from members, friends, and local businesses!  We'll have the usual cool books, media, art and crafts, plus sessions for multiple healing modalities, gift baskets from the Community Market, Global Gallery, Keller Chiropractic... even a new website with hosting support for a full year!

It's not too late to DONATE! Contact Chuck...@gmail.com or call 354-6172. You can even bring items Saturday before 3 pm and our amazing volunteer staff will process them!

Location: The Guild Athletic Club 1114 Ridge St, 43215-1154, just off Grandview Ave & Dublin Rd. (Map)

Suggested Donation: $10 for one meal, $15 for both brunch and dinner!

See the FULL Schedule to makes sure you catch your favorite band. Check for Updates and RSVP to see who's coming on Facebook.

Natural Foods, Simple Living, Good People, Building Community!

See ya Saturday!
