Our New Study Starts October 14th

Hello Everyone,
Starting next week our class study will be the Doctrine of the
Trinity. This study should give us a new understanding of the Godhead.
We all know that God is 3 persons in 1 - God the Father, God the Son
(Jesus), and God the Holy Spirit, but do we know how they work
independently, and at the same time interdependently?
One of the major themes for our study will be the Community Model of
the Trinity.
I will be using our new Sola Scriptura Society Group site to post the
bibliography for our study. It would take up too much room on the
blog. I will use links to all of the material on the Internet. I will
try to post an outline for our study within the next few days.
I anticipate that our study will take 6 weeks. I know exactly what you
are thinking right now: "this will be a first if Michael can complete
a study in only 6 weeks". But, I am going to try! It will be most
important that we all participate in our Group site discussions
throughout the 6 weeks.
This week will be an opportune time for us to encourage our friends to
join our Sola Group online, and/or in our weekly classroom downtown
Chattanooga. Withly will hopefully recruit some of his fellow students
at the university in Port-Au-Prince to join us.

I look forward to all of the new insights the Holy Spirit will give us
as He continues to "lead us into all truth". Rest assured nothing
pleases God more than to have His children seek to know Him
intimately.
