Meeting notes & action items

Kia ora folks!

Great to see you this morning, and welcome Andrew to the team! Thanks for joining, hope you find contributing to this project interesting and fulfilling.

Here are the meeting notes and the full list of action items including carry-overs from previous weeks. The key ones are:

• @Cameron Shorter let us know whether you can shift hackathon times to earlier in the day on Mondays.
  
• @Shreyas Rama validate coarse DEMs approach by running a deep valley/heavily shaded area at different resolutions
• @Shreyas Rama arrange a time with @Hamish Bowman to peer review the coarse DEM approach (this might now be best done after we resolve the conversion in the other email thread about whether this approach still allows us to capture shading from trees/buildings/chimneys)

We also talked about timelines/upcoming availability: 

• Shreyas is away travelling from next Thursday until mid-July! He'll be here at next Tuesday's meetings but that will be his last one before heading off.
• Jenny is on leave from end of May to mid-August and quite busy at work until then.
• Cameron has said he's happy to keep the project going during that time - thank you Cameron!
