Horizon calculator compiling

A minor win for me today.

I've managed to get r.horizon script running end-to-end, combining local and regional data.

If working, it will mean that we should be able to fit both mountain and local shading into memory at once because we can combine narrow 1m DSM datsets with broad 8m DEM datasets.

I'm still to work out if the data produced is accurate or not.
