Thanks all for an awesome start to this solar mapping project! Truly so grateful to be able to learn & collaborate with talented folks like yourselves on this tool & resource that could have pretty far-reaching impact for our energy system and those overseas as well. 

Meeting notes are here, some key things:

• The key decision we made was that for our MVP, rather than having a DB in the middle between the pipeline and the UI layer (Felt), we'll just do everything locally on people's machines and try to get an estimate for the country with the current level of modelling sophistication. We want to aim for a early next year release on this.
• Most of us are off from next week until Jan 7th. Some people will be working through and sending emails etc. but that doesn't mean you have to read/reply to them until you're ready to based on your own plans!
• Cameron is drafting up some documentation here if you want a look & comment!

It's my first time on an active open source project, and I know it's been a stretch for many as a volunteer gig but I've appreciated everyone's contributions big and small. As Cameron has said, family first, work second, volunteering third, so as we head into the new year, hope people feel empowered to contribute in whatever way feels right for them 🥰
