Data Model SQL

I had pushed a PR containing the SQL for Cameron's proposed data model, but at the meeting it was suggested that I copy to Drive as a palin document so we could comment on it. I've uploaded it here, so have a look!

Cheers for this Richard! I think the PR is great for in-line comments so we can go with that one.

We can also finalise the schema in the google sheet before you update the SQL!
