How long are the integrators contracting to do this for?
i.e. will they stick with this as the systems need repairs, etc.?

- How does the sign-up work - do we just sign a contract with the integrator?

- If we lease instead of owning the system - who is responsible for repairs?

- Do we have any say on who our integrator will be?
We are concerned that the integrators will be large "Wal-Mart" kinds of installers who have no little local knowledge or incentive to use local contractors, and little connection to the local economy or helping residents with their issues.

- What role will the integrator have with repairs and warranties - will the homeowner need to contact each component mfr or installer?

- Will there loans associated with the Solarize MA program?
Will the integrator have a role to try and engage local banks and encourage loans?

What if someone gets an installation down the road - is there an ongoing tie-in to the integrator for the SRECs or do they just contract for them as they would have before?   (This is sort of another twist to a common theme, i.e. what is the role/commitment of the integrator to the community beyond the first round of installations?)

I'd suggest adding:

How can we work with the CEC to explore the feasibility / flexibility
to do a shared system like was done in Falmouth/Woods Hole?

Can the integrator be required to have a professional engineer to do
structural analysis and designs baked into the cost? -- thinking ahead
to permitting issues
