Hi,

First, thank you so much for SSW! It's an absolutely great program! Is
there any chance that it would be ported over to Android? This program
would be absolutely useful in mobile devices.

Also, from 3085 and up, use of gun pods on mechs have been prevalent. Is
there a new version in the works that would accommodate gun pods? It would
be interesting to make custom pods.

Last, when would we see the new equipment and mechs from the varied 3145
TROs? I'd really like to customize mechs using the TSEMP and the Radical
Heat Sink.

Thanks,

Poch

Hi Poch,

I heard of someone who was trying to port SSW to Android but they have dropped off the grid and I have no idea how far they got.

I am not sure what you mean by "gunpods" are you talking about handheld weapons?  Can you give me a source reference that I could look into.

And for 3145...we are still waiting on the 3145 Field Manual which will give the specifics about these new weapons.  While we have some stats and can guess at others I am choosing to wait until I have all the right data so that users do not get confused.

George

Yeah, last update on that was 2011, I think :( Any chance that you'll make an official Android app? I tried running it via a Java emulator, but it seems that the emulator is no longer working (it seemed to have been meant for 2.3 Gingerbread and doesn't work on Jelly Bean :(

And yes, I meant handheld weapons :) a significant number of 3085 and 3090 mechs are using them. It would be nice to have that in SSW as well :) also, would the vehicle list in the SSW Master be updated? Its seems to lack a lot of vehicles. I know that SAW is for vehicles, but what's the equivalent for battle armor?

Gunpod, huh? Now there's a word that I haven't heard since Robotech RPG!
Has there been any update on the topic of Powered Armor and Gunpod weapons yet?
