I'm creating a mech with Patchwork Armour.
I did choose a mix of standard and reactive armour (both have the same tons per point as per FRACTIONAL ARMOR TABLE in Tactical Operations (Page 376), but when I choose patchwork armour, tonnage is increased by 3 tons.

I tried to enter a bug, but do not know how to do it.

Has anybody faced this issue?

Nope, that's no bug, but how patchwork armor works in the rules.
Every location has its own tonnage count, so if you start a new half ton in a location, it will simply cost half a ton instead of being calculated over to the other locations which use the same armor. If you start a new half ton with a single armor point in multiple locations, it will get very heavy.
