Dear all, 

We hope you are well in your respective corners of the globe. We are writing to invite you to participate in an upcoming Doha strategy conference/webinar hosted by the student organization Earth in Brackets. For those of you who are unfamiliar with [Earth], we are a student organization affiliated with the College of the Atlantic in the USA. Check out our blog project at www.earthinbrackets.org/blog. 

This conference will be specifically for preparing a more unified youth strategy for COP18 in Doha. In physical attendance will be various North American youth groups, but we will be electronically reaching out to YOUNGO as a whole. We will be sending out updates, videos, etc from the conference, as well as hosting skype calls so that there can be wider participation. We aim for maximum transparency, so we will send you as many updates as possible. 

It's crucial that we are more unified in our stance in Doha. If we don't attempt to align our differing visions, we may end up with a fragmented youth presence in Doha, with groups working against each other. It is also crucial that we get to know each other and learn how to work together. 

So to sum up, this is an invitation for electronic participation in this conference, unless you are close enough to actually physically come. The RSVP deadline is Sept.25, but please send us an RSVP whenever you are able.
