Last week in Tokyo the ACTA treaty has been signed by 22 European countries (except Germany, Holland, Estonia, Cyprus and Slovakia). Canada, US, New Zealand, Switzerland, Morocco, Australia and Mexico have also signed.
Created by lobbies, this treaty is a clear manifestation of the fear of intellectual property defender in front of the growing expansion of open source movements, sites and materials everywhere. You can find a wikipedia page in your language here.
If this treaty is accepted by the European Parliament, it will be serious threat for development of open source projects on line.
Because Acta seems to be simply a complete surveillance of the web.

Je ne sais pas si vous l'avez vu passer mais la semaine dernière à Tokyo, le traité ACTA a été signé par 22 pays europénes (sauf l'Allemagne, les Pays Bas, l'Estonie, Chypre et la Slovaquie). Le Canada, US, Nouvelle Zélande, Suisse, Maroc, Australie et Mexique l'ont aussi signé.

Vous pouvez comprendre ce traité capital pour notre liberté de travail, de partage et d'expression ici.
Si ce traité passe au Parlement européen, ce sera une menace sérieuse pour tous les projets alternatifs parce que c'est une surveillance complète du web.
