My name is Jordi Castellá, Head of Business Development India at Proener.

Proener is a Spanish engineering solar PV company. We have done more than
200 MW internationally so far, and some months back we landed in India
considering the great potential of this country in terms of solar power.
With a 16MW portfolio in India in 6 different projects (one of them already
commissioned), we are one of the few international solar players with a wide
experience also in the Indian market.
Our scope of works include engineering services such as Technical Due
Dilligence, Lender's Engineering, Owners engineering, Project Management or
Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services among others.

As the Indian market is growing, we at Proener feel that it is necessary to

Techno-commercial (1 position to cover)
Experienced Solar PV Techno-commercial
-    Key skills: Sales, business development, solar engineering
knowledge.
-    Experience: 7 to 12 years experience in the power sector
-    Qualification:
o    Engineering graduate
o    Good communication skills
-    Salary: According to capabilities and suitability for the position.
-    Job description: we are looking for someone that combines an
in-depth technical knowledge within commercial Solar/PV development &
installations but who also has a commercial aptitude. The candidate will
work with prospects and clients to spec & formulate complete solutions,
assess technical & commercial viability, oversee installations etc. while
working closely with the engineering director and the Business Development
Manager. Will also carry out analyses on technology, costs and prices of
solar power projects. Plus preparing technical and commercial proposals for
solar power solutions

Solar engineers (2 or 3 positions to cover)
-    Key skills: Engineering design of PV plants. PVSyst skills.
-    Experience: 3 to 5 years
-    Qualification
-    Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, master Degree is a
plus
-    Minimum 3 years of experience in photovoltaic electrical design
(candidates from wind sector or other renewable energy fields have
preference)
-    High level of English
-    Computing knowledge (Autocad, electrical calculations tools)
-    Availability to travel
-    Salary: 4 to 7 lakhs
-    Job description:
-    Perform electrical design, calculations (Low Voltage and Medimum
Voltage), unifilars layout, etc. for PV solar power plants;
-    Checking plans and drawings for accuracy calculations;
-    Preparation of technical specifications (data sheets of materials) &
tender documents, Engineering procurement and RFP
-    Familiarity with designing to National and International codes and
standards, Knowledge of international Standards in Electrical Utility
-    Liaising with any, sub-contractors, supervisor and the general
workforce involver in the project;
-    Liaising with clients and their representatives to keep them
informed of progress;
-    Sporadic visits to onsite works
