•Based on product CTQs (Critical To Quality) requirements helped
establish specifications for glass substrates and facilitated the
supply of these substrates, which was one of the contributing factors
for a successful launch of the first Seagate mobile drive.

•Extensive Failure analysis of solar modules to find defects and
implement corrective actions.
