PV (Physical Vapor) Solar Cell Engineer

Duties:
* Develop and implement cell and panel fabrication processes
* Characterize performance of cells
* Optimization of processes for cost & performance

Skills:
* Expertise in standard clean-room processes, including
photolithography, etch, and metallization
* Process knowledge of tabbing, stringing, and cell packaging
* Ability to manage third-party process partners
* 8-10 years of process engineering experience with 4-6 in the
alternative energy industry
* Independent work ethic
* Ability to identify and resolve problems
* Strong communication skills

Education and Experience:
* BS/MS in engineering or significant related industry experience
