First, we had a really productive meeting today, thank you all for the work over the weekend. And I am sorry I was late (again), just round hours are difficult for me… I usually go off Berkeley academic time (10 minutes after the hour)…. ;)
Secondly, about our work flow organization: I found it useful to share documents on Google doc with the solar-di...@googlegroups.com. This way we have all our documents in one place (the google group wall) and we all can access and edit them. (I will star every post with a link to a google doc, so it will be easy to find them.)
But as we begin to pile up literature, and as it turns out there is not convenient way to post a lot of PDF at the same time to the google group, I took Chirag’s and Priya’s suggestion and collected everything so far into a Dropbox folder, which I shared with each of you. This way the link to the folder stays on the group wall, but the PDFs are in the Dropbox cloud.
How does that work for you, guys?
