Dear Sir / Madam,

Illumina Africa Limited is a ERC certified Kenyan Solar Energy EPC
that has been in the solar space since 2017. We have so far completed
PV for large residential, agriculture and commercial projects.

We are currently working on projects in the residential, grid
commercial, off grid commercial , and agriculture sectors. We have
projects that are ready to execute, and others that are in the
pipeline for this year.

We are actively looking to hire experienced sales engineers with
strengths in sales of solar pv, to push and deploy solar in the
agriculture/borehole solar space, as well as commercial.
- The job role and tasks include but are not limited to: Being able
to do ground research on boreholes in Kenya, and market, sell, design
and install solar powered boreholes.

After considering this please answer the following questions:

1. Why do you think you are suitable for this role?
You need to describe how your skills, knowledge and experience match
the job outline, while also explaining your motivation and goals. Even
if you haven't had any direct experience, you can still highlight any
transferable skills that relate to the role.

2. Give an example of when you have worked under pressure
You need to prove that you've handled deadlines successfully in the
past. Describe how you overcame obstacles that you had no control
over.

3. What is your greatest achievement?
Choose something outside of your academic life that's uniquely
significant to you. This is an assessment of your attitude and
motivations, to find out whether your values are compatible with those
of the organisation.

4. What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?

5. What are your thoughts on Solar Power and Storage?
Please provide your take on Solar Power and Storage from a technical
viewpoint. Advantages, disadvantage, concerns etc.


The steps to employment;
1. Online questionnaire + CV evaluation (You are at this stage)
2. In person interview (this may include a technical evaluation)
3. Final phone interview
