Experimental Packages Documentation in HTML, PDF, ...

I've finished converting pkgsrc/Packages.txt to SGML/DocBook, mostly to
get familiar with DocBook and the whole processing. The results can be
viewed at the following URLs:

I'm still fighting with the "text processor", so please excuse if some
things don't look as good as they could. If anyone has some DSSSL clue,
