Hello!

There is a driver in the kernel for soundcards based on
Cirrus Logic CS4280 Cristal PCI audio controller chip.

My question is : If I will use a soundcard based on CS4281 chip will it
work with the driver ?

Thanks.

The CS4281 and CS4280 are different chip, so I think you will have to
write another driver to use CS4281.
