Hi,

I am attempting to port helixplayer, http://helixplayer.org, to
freebsd. So far I have been fairly successful, especially on 5.2, but
helixplayer still needs a good bit of work before it will run on
freebsd.

Out of 110 modules I am able to build 106 of them, 2 of them not being
build because it depends on the GTK gui part that is failing to build.

I am hoping some of you will be willing to help me port this huge
beast. Also any feedback is also greatly appreciated.

A shar file can be found at
http://vtel.rgv.net/~ahze/pre-patches/helixplayer.shar

Cheers,
Michael

I searched through the mailing lists on helixplayer.org and found the
same thing
you said pretty much, but I am still unable to figure out what it
needs, any clue?
