New cvsup/www mirror in Portugal

Hello,

I've setup new cvsup and web mirror at my University Campus, IST, UTL,
Portugal.

I've requested hostnames but you are welcome(specially Portuguese!) to
try them out, just point your browsers and cvsup client to
193.136.165.121. I believe everything is working fine. :-)
