cvsup.nz.freebsd.org is being replaced. We are trying to set up the
new box now.

At present, it cvsup's from cvsup-master.freebsd.org. Is the latest
thinking to use rsync or cvsup?

CVSup - rsync is only used for legacy connections and is highly=20
discouraged (I was told when I set up cvsup4.us that each rsync=20
connection takes over 100M in RAM) I believe that ftp-master is =20
limited to 1 concurrent rsync connection just for that reason.
