Are all members of nobility allowed to use these red and golden
galla-uniforms? At least the Danish noblity has got some unifroms and
hats that they use when they are at a place where other people wear
galla-clothes.

Peers, and peeresses in their own right or by marriage, have ceremonial
robes worn on state occasions, but they don't look much like "uniforms".
Most don't even own them, but rent them from places like Moss Bros...
there was something lately about the decay of a robe worn only three
times,to the coronations of 1902,1911,and 1937(the owner skipped the
1953 at age 88)...even someone who wears his ermine to every State
Opening of Parliament may not think keeping it in storage the bulk
of the year is worth it.
