SoL 4.3

Hi everybody,

it's been a tough year, but here we are again with some news on SoL 4, that
after a long series of alphas and betas its now official.

Latest addition has been a new mode of playing "Corona" tournaments, where SoL
generates all possible matches in advance and then sends a single email to
each competitor with a list of links they shall follow to insert their scores.

Also, since the French translation has been improved[1] I enabled it, so now a
significant part of the SoL should speak French, when the browser is
configured so. Please give it a try and report back, as I really cannot judge
the quality of the translation.

As usual, I will be happy to receive any feedback, even in the form of
"issues"[2].
