Could the town on this Naturalization document be Sokiryany?

Hello!

I found this Canadian Naturalization document that might be for a relative of mine, but the town name listed is confusing. Does anyone recognize it? Do you think it might be a rough attempt at spelling Sokiryany or some version of the name?

I'm including 3 screenshots from the document, the 3 spots where the town name was written down. As far as I can make out, it reads as follows:

Sekermau Province of Bosarabia Russia

No, it is the district of Akkerman. Akkerman city is nowadays called Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyy in Ukraine
