Instrument sample count for Labspec

Dear all,
We have been using Labspec , and wondering how the instument sample
count will affect C models.For example, if increase from 20 to 100, is
that going to affect the prediction model? Normally what sample count
you are using? We also suspect the compaction of soil will affect the
spectrocopy, do you also have similar oberservations?Thanks a lot!
