Single day Scheduling

Hi

I am part of a church group. We do most of our scheduling across 3
days with the bulk of that on the day of the church service. On that
day, the scheduling is across one complete group of church members,
but within that group there are up to 10 specific groups.

ie . Setup, worship, coordination, AV, Sound, etc etc

In these groups there are up to 20 different people and some people
overlap into other groups. These Activities happen over the same time
between 8.00am and 1.00pm. As you can see normal calendaring systems
just dont cut it with this type of scheduling.

Aside from that we run meetings, bible study classes and so on and so
on throughout the week. I'm guessing the routine type scheduling would
be no problem, but will your product handle the church service day
scheduling?
