ABCC exam applications include three major parts: 1) submission of documents by email to ABCCAdmi...@myadlm.org, 2) completion of the appropriate online application form, and 3) payment of the application processing fee. The following are application requirements are for candidates applying to sit an ABCC specialty exam. Visit the corresponding exam pages for Clinical Chemistry, Toxicological Chemistry, or Molecular Diagnostics for details about the exams. Review the following requirements and prepare submission materials PRIOR to starting your online application.

The following describe the five parts to the online application and highlights the documents that are required to be sent separately to ABCCAdmi...@myadlm.org. Please include your full name and exam that you are applying to take in any communications. Below are details to each part of the online application that will be required. The abbreviated list of requirements is:

Transcripts and/or credentials evaluation cannot be sent by the applicant. Official transcripts and/or credentials evaluations must be sent directly by the institution or service, respectively.

*Your application will not be considered complete until we have received: 1) all documentation including transcripts, credentials evaluations (if required), program director letter (if required), and reference letters; 2) completed online application; and 3) payment of the application processing fee.
