Performace Engineering Lead Experience  – 10 to 12 Years
- Minimum Computer Engineering Degree from a reputed college
- Minimum of 5 years experience in software development from a reputed software development company
- Minimum 5 years experience in Performance & Scalability function
- Minimum 3 years experience as a performance engineer in a software performance engineering role
- Minimum 2 years of software development/programming experience
- Minimum 3 years experience independently managing a team of atleast 5~7 technical resources
- Should have worked in a onsite/offshore development model with at least 3 years in a lead role for a large application development project
- Preferred at least 2 years Banking domain experience
- Excellent communication skills
Performance Testing Experience-3-7 Years

Job Description-

Person should have experience in Loadrunner,QTP

Person should have experience in performance testing enterprise level banking applications utilizing Loadrunner,Performance Center,Quick Test Pro,and Quality Center to performance test web based applications.

The person must be able to script,execute and report with these tools and have experience with Web,HTTP/HTML protocols,other protocols are a plus

experience with Loadrunner(thorough understanding of run time settings,recording options,parameterization etc…)

Person should have hands on experience in QTP

Person should have very good communication skills

Junior Performance Engineers Experience Level: 1 to 3 years

• BE/BTech or ME/MTech in CSE with outstanding performance – 75 % and above consistently
• Education from any one of the tier 1/ top 10 colleges of the county like REC, PSG, BITS, etc – mandatory
• Good attitude towards learning performance engineering tools/technologies and leverage the same in the deployed projects
• Any one development or tool experience is mandatory – Java/J2EE, LoadRunner or any Performance engineering tools
• If fresher it would be nice if he/she underwent any of the above mentioned technology training
• Certified professional would be added value
• Good communication and team player
