metaphor for agile transformations

Hi,

in a discussion with an college agile coach, I came up with a metaphor for an agile transformation

I'm not sure if this is a good place to ask, yet I know many of you are sometimes helping with transformations, so I hope on some feedback on the usefulness and maybe extra example for the metaphor:

Short version: cyclist that get a new car just before a race that are asked to perform, while learning a new way of working/riding
