Sr. Quality Engineer
• Participate and provide input in design reviews • Implementation and compliance to customer and regulatory compliance • Provide support through the development phase by performing statistical experimentation, qualification activities, conformity inspections and final reporting
• • Work directly with customer’s to identify root cause and corrective action • Interfaced with various suppliers to reduce variation in manufacturing processes and increase producibility and reliability • Optimizing cost for inspection and preventing cost due to failure through statistical analysis and problem solving
• A Bachelors degree in engineering
• Mastery of military specifications most frequently encountered in quality programs. • Specialized technical knowledge of similar products as well as manufacturing, assembly, and functional test methods. • Significant experience with statistical methods in order to develop solutions to complex problems, continuous improvement and process monitoring problems. • Proficiency in using various statistical, spreadsheet, word processing, and database software packages. • Exceptional interpersonal skills, writing skills, tact, aggressiveness, and persuasiveness • Outstanding customer service and relationship building abilities .
