Software QA Analyst

* Gain an understanding of software requirements * Create effective test plans * Create and document test cases * Execute test cases and articulate test results * Juggle multiple projects and priorities * Validate if software requirements are met * Objectively assess production readiness from a quality perspective. * Propose ideas for improving quality * Demonstrate strong project management skills and the ability to keep projects on track * Suggest process improvements * Review and test upgrades for currently released software * Advance job knowledge to the next level by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications * Accomplish department and organizational mission by completing related tasks as needed * Work independently with minimal direction

* General knowledge of programming languages, such as Delphi, C++, and ColdFusion * Ability to understand technology changes and identify opportunities * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to remain organized * Ability to be flexible in a changing environment * Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in confidential matters

* Bachelors degree in a related area and/or three to five years of progressively responsible experience in Software Quality Assurance; or any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position * Previous experience in Software Quality Assurance required * Experience in payment processing systems desired * Experience with automated testing desired
