Senior SQA Engineer
test interfaces and document test results identifying trends and escalating concerns as necessary; recognize deficiencies and coordinate opportunities for standardization between internal developed products.
Education * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in computer science, quality assurance, communication, business administration, or a related field required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.
Experience * Minimum five years experience in testing interfaces, quality assurance, or related field required *Minimum (3-5) years of SQA and system test experience. *Working knowledge VoIP (Voice Over IP) and related protocols including SIP, SDP, RTP etc.. *Working knowledge of legacy telecom protocols such as ISDN and SS7 *Knowledge of Networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS) *Experience with SIP Simulators/tools and Network Protocol Analyzers for troubleshooting Networking and VoIP issues. *Experience with Unix and Linux Operating Systems *Experience with Oracle database and SQL queries is a plus *Experience with Automation tools such as Selenium, or QTP and UNIX shell scripting is a plus
