Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

• automate data collection for real time reporting

• conduct product performance and process metrics analyses • generate root cause analyses • interface with customers to identify and resolve technical quality issues • present corrective action plans to customers • guide supplier deviation requests to conclusion • mentor quality engineers, inspectors and QA team members BSEE or technical degree and ten or more years of related experience in a manufacturing environment • proven track record in QA that positively impacts customer satisfaction, improves product performance, and reduces cost • Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt

• ability to work with relational databases • proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and statistical software • excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills • independent self-starter who can multitask, interface with customers, and support cross-functional teams
