QA/Test Lead
- Define test/QA plans and strategies for existing and new engagements. - Lead and mentor QA testers, business consultants and technical consultants. - Work with project managers, directors and others in the Minneapolis office to help drive a test strategy based Scrum/Agile methodologies. - Evaluate projects and assess test practices. - Help transform testing from manual to automated methods.
- Experience leading test teams. Testers can include business analysts or developers. - Experience testing on SCRUM/Agile projects - Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cucumber, other) or automating other tools (jUnit, SOAP UI, etc.) - Experience with and ability to mentor teams to adopt test driven development methods. - Experience leading offshore development teams
