Quality Assurance Engineer
• Create test plans and scripts based on available requirements documentation. • Execute test plans and scripts. • Taking ownership of a project and seeing it to completion. • Use knowledge of systems and technologies, as well as troubleshooting skills to investigate defects in order to determine the potential cause for failure. • Clearly and concisely report defects. • Reporting status to Team Lead and/or QA Manager.
• 3 + years experience with the SDLC and understanding of QA’s role in the process. • 3 + years experience with web application products.
• Understanding of object oriented programming concepts. • Knowledge of Web Application technology, including Windows products such as window operating systems, IIS, and .NET. • Knowledge of relational database management systems
