Software Quality Assurance Tester
-- Develop, execute and maintain test cases for product releases -- Track and report on testing status -- Able to meet established deadlines and project goals -- Able to change tasks as needed to meet business priorities -- Defect prevention through early involvement with project development team -- Defect reporting and tracking
-- Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a QA Engineer -- Strong experience with QA processes and methodologies required -- Must be a self-starter who can work independently without direct supervision -- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university -- Must have a strong experience with MS SQL 2005/2008 -- Ability to solve complex testing problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited documentation and requirements exist. -- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience testing Windows client/server and web based applications required with a web programming background preferred -- Knowledge or experience of development methodologies is preferred
