SOFTWARE QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER

• Leverage your experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to compose and execute test plans and test cases and submit defect report • Use your analytical and SQL skills to write queries and understand the database, conduct research and analyze data, and troubleshoot application issues • Submit software bug reports and coordinate with development to verify bug fixes • Serve as subject Matter expert for complex software applications • Use your interpseronal communication skills to collaborate and work cooperatively with all levels of personnel and department managers • Reivew development requirements and design specifications as source information for creating effective test cases

• 3 to 5 years experience in software QA • BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Technology or equivalent education or experience • Proficient with database query tools and SQL • The ability to review development requirements and design specifications as source information for creating effective test cases • Must have strong working knowledge of Software QA methodology • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Must be a self-motivated and well organized team player • Knowledgeable in multiple types of testing (i.e., black-box, white-box and grey-box) • Experience with software automation
