Software QA Engineer

Execute test plans and compile test reports for internal and external releases. Reproduce problems found and work with developers to debug and analyze test failures to identify root cause Report software defects into Bugzilla system and perform defect verification Setup, configure, document and troubleshoot test beds Automate test cases using Tcl/Expect if needed.

BS in E.E, MS preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of SQA. Be able to write and execute test plans. Familiar with Tcl/Expect scripting language Knowledge C/C++ programming is a plus. Working knowledge on Windows, MacOS and Linux OS. Ability to analyze and solve technical problems independently with minimum guidance. Must have good attitude and interpersonal skills. Willing to go the extra mile to deliver projects on time. Excellent verbal and written communications skills, well organized and the ability to self- manage, work with minimal guidance, and able to multitask Ability to work under tight schedules Must be a flexible self-starter who can ramp up with new technologies quickly and can adapt to a growing and evolving team.
