SOFTWARE ENGINEER IN TEST
- Implement and manage automated test engineering processes: smoke, functional, performance, stress, load
- Collaborate with software development teams to deliver reliable, robust, high-performance capability in every sprint
- Extensive experience implementing software test frameworks and processes - Extensive test automation experience for infrastructure software or system software development organizations - Infrastructure or system software development experience - Exceptional technical aptitude - Strong written, verbal, and graphical communication skills - Excellent decision and influence capabilities - Outstanding collaboration skills across organizational boundaries - Master's Degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related discipline. - Thrives on challenge; hustles and drives for results - Knows how to get things done and make things happen - Is an outstanding team player and a leader - Demonstrates excellent communication, decision, and leadership capabilities - Demonstrates exceptional technical aptitude in a system software or infrastructure software development organization
