Software Quality Assurance Intern

• Execute both manual and automated test cases

• Write automation testcases as assigned

• Log test failures into the internal ticket tracking system

• Work directly with other members of the QA and Development groups to troubleshoot complex issues.

• Communicate status on issues or roadblocks, as well as accomplishments and further plans Qualifications:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills allowing you to convey technical information in an unambiguous and accurate manner

• Self-motivated, willing to learn new concepts and products quickly

• Strong curiosity and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex problems

• Working knowledge of different software quality assurance techniques, such as white box vs. black box testing

• Working knowledge of JAVA programming

• Good understanding of web technologies

• Ability to work at least 20 hours per week
