QA Tester with Selenium

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Duration: 6+ Months

 

We need a QA Tester with Selenium and with strong exp of Web based GUI Testing of Java/J2EE applications.

 

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelors’ degree with emphasis on Computer Science, Computer and Electrical Engineering majors
* 3+ years software quality assurance engineering experience in an enterprise environment
* 3+ years experience with automated test tools and Automation testing with Selenium. (Or any of the following: Quick Test Pro, JMeter, LoadRunner, Silk, WinRunner, etc.)
* 2+ years automation test framework/object repository design with automation script coding (Descriptive programming) and execution
* 2+ years Web-based GUI testing of Java/J2EE applications
* Experience with XML, HTML, Javascripts
* Complex PL/SQL & SQL query design (Stored Procedures and Triggers); relational database testing (Oracle, MySQL, Teradata, SQL Server)
* Proficient in UNIX, preferably Linux/FreeBSD (Perl, Bourne, Shell Scripting)
* Customer-focused, ability to triage issues, react well to changes, work with teams and ability to multi-task on multiple products and projects
