General Description of Duties:

• Responsible for operational support of the Identity Management system.
• Supports the resolution of issues.
• Will work closely with first level support team, directory administrators, and IDM architect.
• Responsible for understanding, at a detailed level, the policy setting for each driver.
• Responsible for assisting in maintaining all driver documentation, workflow documentation and flow diagrams (as necessary).
• Responsible for test strategy and test execution for driver and workflow configuration changes.
• Responsible for understanding, at a detailed level, the configurations and policies for each workflow and associated forms.
• Responsible for understanding how the identity product management suite operates and how to integrate with standard directories (AD, eDirectory, LDAP).
