Further Reading on the manifesto site

Hello,

An eventful week on the blogoshpere.  It is nice to see everyone participating in the discussions, thanks for the great reading.  One suggestion received was the manifesto site should have a list of places people can go to read more about where SC came from and what we are doing.  Ade was nice enough to start us off with an initial list (thanks), which is linked on http://manifesto.softwarecraftsmanship.org/.  Any suggestions for further links, let me know and I will get them up there.

Hi Paul,

Great idea. I'd like to recommend Pragmatic Thinking and Learning (http://pragprog.com/titles/ahptl/pragmatic-thinking-and-learning). Whilst not strictly about craftsmanship it does have a chapter that discusses how we learn differently as we move from novice to master, and is "in the spirit of" so to speak.
