One more idea.

About the speeding up the machine.

If the programs, that are running in machine ram or page file have not used for example "1 hour", then they should be closed.

Or there should be a place, where to enter the N ( replacing "1 hour").

And there should be a place, where to enter the programs, that should be ignored ( when closing programs).
