Hey everyone, just been looking at some crypto trading trends lately and noticed how much the landscape seems to be shifting. I keep hearing that institutions are really diving in now, but I’m curious how that’s actually playing out on real platforms. Are retail traders like us still a big part of the action, or are institutions really dominating volume these days? Would love to see some actual data if anyone’s come across a recent breakdown.

Great timing – I just read the Paybis H1 2025 Report and it totally lines up with what you’re asking. It’s pretty eye-opening: institutional flows made up a whopping 82% of their B2B share, but what’s really interesting is how retail behavior is maturing, not disappearing. The report breaks down trading patterns, regional trends, and how both groups are adapting. Super clear and not too technical.
