Description:
The Programmer is responsible for analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team.
The Programmer is responsible for developing Web applications supporting the business objectives of the client. The Programmer delivers work products in all stages of the software development life cycle: business analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team. Programmers typically are involved in user acceptance testing, maintenance (including production support), enhancement and development work. Programmers have a range of skills and knowledge of the technologies used and applications supported by the OCEAN Team. The Programmer works with the Functional Architect and Technical Architecture Specialist on an as needed basis to ensure that design and code meets customer requirements

Required Skills:
* Building relational databases in SQL Server 2005/2008 R2
* Developing process flow diagrams and other documentation in Visio or PowerPoint
* Programming in ASP .Net Framework 4.0 and greater, C#, using Microsoft Visual Studio
* Programming in Javascript
* Strong communication skills, communicating with end users in non-technical speak
* Preparing user acceptance test plans and scripts and overseeing user acceptance testing
