EVENT: Aaron Morse and Jazon Burnell presenting "How to craft a
successful iPhone Application . . . and the significance of smart
phones for Alaskan Startups"

Last fall two Alaskan entrepreneurs, Aaron Morse and Jazon Burnell,
created the #1 app in the Apple iTunes App Store. The application,
TapDefense, held the #1 slot for over two weeks among a field of over
15,000 competing applications.

They will discuss the changes that are coming with the advent of true,
location-aware mobile computing and centralized, electronic software
distribution, and they will explore what these changes may mean for
Alaskan startups and businesses.

They have been working together since May 2008 and in that time have
distributed mobile applications to millions of users worldwide.

TIME: 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM
