Dear Colleagues, 

I am co-editing a special issue of the IEEE Computer Magazine on Software Engineering in Generative Art with Profs. Benoit Baudry and Erik Fredericks.

We are interested in software technology in art, but also preservation and documentation methods, including case studies.

• December 15, 2025 (Submission deadline)
• March 15, 2026 (Feedback to authors)
• April 15, 2026 (Submission of revised papers)
• May 15, 2026 (Final notification to authors)
