Reminder: Metadata Interest Group meeting today at 4pm Eastern

SPN is working to recruit 1-2 new coordinators and additional new members to launch a new iteration of the Metadata Working Group.  If you have a software metadata-focused project you’d like to lead, now is a great time to get it started.

To reiterate this process: From March - June, MWG co-coordinators Dianne Dietrich and Claire Fox (both of whom will also transition off the group in July) have facilitated/will facilitate monthly meetings to help transition the MWG to new leadership and new projects. Our final meeting will be June 26, 10am Eastern. A calendar invite is available for download via this link.
