create Project paln name with Japanese characters

When I cretae new project plan with Japanese characters.
I could not inour more than 7 characters. It seems that Japanese
characters will be counted as 8 bytes (not 2 bytes).

It should be allowed 25 characters for Japanese (alpha numeric will be
alolowed 50 characters).

Hi Kaoru,

Great to hear from you. Yes, the limitation you found is because our
solution does not yet fully support Unicode. I am happy to say that
we are nearing a version that fully supports Unicode and you will be
able to enter the normal number of characters in each field. Our
Unicode solution is in the final development stages now. I don't have
a final date for you, but my guess is that it will be in production
within 2 months.
